The creation and deployment of an\\\\r\\\\nautomated test and\\r\\nquiz system created especially for the Bachelor of Science\\\\r\\\\nin Information\\r\\nTechnology (BSIT) Department is investigated in this study. The\\\\r\\\\nsystem attempts to\\r\\nmeet the\\\\r\\\\nincreasing demand in higher education for digital assessment tools\\r\\nthat are\\\\r\\\\nsecure, scalable, and effective. The platform reduces the\\r\\nadministrative burden\\\\r\\\\nby automating important parts of the assessment\\r\\nprocess, such as creating\\\\r\\\\nquizzes, distributing exams. This frees up\\r\\nteachers to concentrate on improving\\\\r\\\\nstudent learning and engagement. The\\r\\nsystem's main objective is\\r\\nto increase\\\\r\\\\nassessment efficiency and accuracy while offering instructors\\r\\nand students a\\\\r\\\\nsmooth experience. The platform guarantees a regulated and equitable testing\\\\r\\\\nenvironment\\r\\nwith features like time monitoring, automated question randomization, and\\r\\nsecure login\\\\r\\\\nmechanisms. To accommodate different kinds of\\r\\nexams, the system also allows multiple-choice,\\\\r\\\\ntrue/false, and short\\r\\nresponse question formats. The automated platform's\\\\r\\\\nreal-time grade feature\\r\\nis one of its main advantages. Students receive instant\\\\r\\\\nfeedback on their\\r\\nperformance after finishing a quiz or exam, which can help to\\\\r\\\\nreinforce what\\r\\nthey have learnt. By cutting down on\\\\r\\\\nthe amount of time spent on manual\\r\\ngrading, this rapid feedback system also\\\\r\\\\nhelps teachers by freeing up more\\r\\ntime for interactive teaching strategies and\\\\r\\\\none-on-one student support. In\\r\\naddition to the\\\\r\\\\ngrading and delivery features, the system provides detailed\\r\\nanalytics and\\\\r\\\\nreports that enable instructors to monitor student\\r\\nprogress, identify learning\\r\\ngaps, and track class performance over time. These\\\\r\\\\ndata-driven insights help\\r\\neducators make informed decisions about course\\\\r\\\\ncontent, instructional\\r\\nstrategies, and overall curriculum adjustments.\\\\r\\\\nMoreover, the system ensures\\r\\nthat both instructors and students have access to\\\\r\\\\nuser-friendly dashboards\\r\\nthat make navigation and management of assessments\\\\r\\\\nintuitive. For the BSIT\\r\\nDepartment, the creation and implementation of the\\\\r\\\\nautomated quiz and exam\\r\\nsystem marks a major advancement in the modernization\\\\r\\\\nof academic\\r\\nevaluations. Through the utilization of\\r\\ncontemporary technology innovations, the platform\\\\r\\\\nfosters a more\\r\\npersonalized and engaging learning environment in addition to\\\\r\\\\nimproving\\r\\noperational efficiency. This automated method is a scalable way to\\\\r\\\\naddress\\r\\nthe demands of student assessment and academic evaluation in the future\\\\r\\\\nas\\r\\neducational institutions continue to embrace digital transformation.
