This\\r\\nstudy develops a comprehensive digital solution specifically designed for\\r\\nmenstrual cycle tracking, aimed at supporting community health workers in their\\r\\nefforts to monitor and manage menstrual health more efficiently and accurately.\\r\\nMenstruation plays a significant role in various aspects of women's health,\\r\\ninfluencing not only their physical health but also their mental and social\\r\\nwell-being. Despite its importance, traditional methods of menstrual tracking,\\r\\nsuch as manual recording in paper-based formats, often present numerous\\r\\nchallenges. These challenges include the difficulty of capturing accurate and\\r\\ntimely data, as well as the potential for human error and misreporting. This\\r\\nissue becomes particularly evident among Barangay Health Workers (BHWs) working\\r\\nin rural and underserved areas like Madridejos, where the use of paper-based\\r\\nmethods often leads to inaccuracies in reporting, delayed interventions, and\\r\\nultimately, less effective healthcare support for women in these communities.\\r\\nLeveraging recent advances in FemTech, this research introduces an enhanced and\\r\\nspecifically tailored menstrual monitoring app, created for use by BHWs to\\r\\nfacilitate better management of menstrual health data. Key features of this\\r\\napplication include a robust and user-friendly admin dashboard that allows for\\r\\ncomprehensive monitoring of user statistics, CRUD (Create, Read, Update,\\r\\nDelete) functionality to streamline data management, AI-powered chatbot\\r\\nassistance for on-demand user support, and mobile accessibility designed\\r\\nspecifically for Android users. The app allows for real-time data entry,\\r\\nsymptom tracking, and the generation of detailed reports on menstrual health\\r\\ntrends. The findings from this study suggest that such a tool could bridge\\r\\nexisting gaps in menstrual health knowledge, improve data reliability, and\\r\\nsignificantly enhance community healthcare support, ultimately contributing to\\r\\nbetter reproductive health management at the grassroots level.
