The NHA Kodia Information System addresses inefficiencies in managing household information, announcements, and incident reporting within the NHA Kodia. Manual processes often lead to delays, errors, and disorganized data, impacting administrative efficiency and resident satisfaction. This enhanced system introduces a streamlined, user-friendly platform that integrates CRUD operations for household data, categorized incident reporting with status indicators, and mobile accessibility for residents and the Purok President. Residents can view announcements and submit incident reports, while the Purok President manages communication and incident documentation. Administrators benefit from real-time data tracking, print-ready reporting tools, and a dashboard summarizing key metrics such as households, children, blocks, and lots. Developed using the Agile methodology, the system evolves through regular feedback, ensuring flexibility and continuous improvement. The system was evaluated against ISO/IEC 25010 software quality standards, focusing on functionality, reliability, security, and usability. Feedback highlighted its efficiency, data accuracy, and user-friendly interface, with minor suggestions for improved navigation. The NHA Kodia Information System enhances housing information management, fosters effective communication, and increases administrative productivity. It provides a scalable and replicable solution for modernizing housing management in similar communities.
