In order to improve HR\r\noperations, the Local Government Unit of Madridejos developed the HRMO-Lawis: A\r\nDigitized Human Resource Management System, which is presented in this study.\r\nThe system offers responsive dashboards for real-time data insights and includes\r\nessential features including departmental administration, leave application\r\nprocessing, personnel information tracking, and attendance management. The\r\nsystem guarantees functioning, user happiness, and device adaptability under\r\nthe guidance of ISO/IEC 25010 software quality standards and usability\r\ncriteria.
\r\nThe solution, which uses the Agile development style, improves accuracy,\r\nefficiency, and organizational transparency by incorporating features like\r\nsecure data management, CRUD operations, and automated workflows. By optimizing\r\nresource allocation, decreasing manual errors, and speeding workflows, it\r\ntackles issues with conventional HR procedures.
\r\n\r\n
Assessments show that the system\r\nworks well for managing user roles and producing reports, but it still needs to\r\nbe improved in areas like usability and dependability.
\r\nThe study comes to the conclusion that by automating tedious procedures,\r\nimproving employee engagement, and assisting with strategic HR goals, the\r\ndesigned solution greatly benefits HR practitioners. To guarantee continued\r\noperational excellence, future proposals should focus on enhancing system\r\nstability, fortifying data security, and upgrading dashboard designs.
